The museum receives no funding from either the MOD (Ministry of Defence), or the local authorities, and so we have to rely on grants and donations to keep the museum and Memorial Garden open. If you would like to make a donation to the ongoing running costs of the museum, please consider donating £5 to us via the button below.
Due to the pandemic, we have had to close for nearly a year, and so our income from visitor donations and shop purchases has fallen greatly. We now need donations more than ever to keep the museum open and to preserve the history of the regiment.
We want to keep the museum here in Serle’s House open to share the history of the County Regiment, but also to display the sacrifices the men and their families made while serving King, Queen and their Country, to educate local schools and youth groups, and to preserve their memory forever. Thank you for your support.
