Curriculum Support

We are always happy to assist all local schools understand more about how their county regiment was an integral part of the community.

  • Curriculum Support

As a museum of the only infantry regiment to recruit soldiers from Hampshire,  we played a unique part in the fabric of the County, particularly in the First World War.  Virtually every local War Memorial has the names of our soldiers as they had lived within the community.

The museum maintains a large archive of documents and photographs as well as research case studies of local men.  We are very happy to assist schools to achieve their Key Stage objectives, particularly for WW1 and WW2 and will tailor what we have to suit your needs where we can. We can offer sessions tied into  literacy, geography, art and history.

Do please get in touch with us and if we can help you, we will.
